THE GOOD 'OLE USA

It was our last day of cooking camp this week.  Sniff, sniff.  As much as Hillary and I needed a recovery day, we loved every minute of it and feared that waking up on Friday, and getting dressed without putting an apron on, would just not cut it.  We got a little addicted to the energy, hustle, bustle, and fun of running a kitchen with our little chefs.  We can sleep at night though, not just because we are so wiped out!  But, because we have another group of little chefs arriving on Tuesday!

Go out with a bang!  The USA!  Great American food.  To kick-off the 4th of July weekend.

Not pictured, the real meal.  Sliders, grilled cheeses on the panini press, and chips and fruit.  
Here we are, back to cookies.  Hands down the favorite of each and every little chef.
  Homemade oreo cookies.  Hands down the favorite cookies of the week.

Who wouldn't love rolling little balls of chocolate?  
Lots of chocolate balls, and happy little chefs.  

It was a great finale day to a great week.
